Access events, alarms and video in one investigation workflow
RBHView is RBH’s video management system and integrates with RBH access-control products. It can combine access control, video management and alarm monitoring so an operator can move from a door event to associated live or recorded video without managing unrelated systems.
We design recording servers and storage, add supported or ONVIF cameras, tune streams and retention, map door/alarm events, configure operator clients and mobile access, and train users on playback and export.

RBHView functions we configure
Distributed recording
Recording servers can be positioned where the network and retention plan require rather than using a proprietary server. We size CPU, storage, bandwidth, redundancy and time synchronization.
Camera and ONVIF support
RBH publishes drivers for many IP devices and ONVIF support. Exact camera model, firmware, codec, analytics and feature compatibility are validated before migration.
Analytics
Motion, object and directional analytics can help prioritize events. We tune fields, schedules and thresholds against representative scenes and document limitations.
Access-event video
Door alarms and credential transactions can call up associated cameras. We map each opening, verify time alignment and test grant, deny, forced and held conditions.
Clients, walls and mobile
Simultaneous recording, live view, playback, export, alarm handling, web clients, multiple displays, video walls and smartphone access are configured by role.
Maps and investigations
Advanced mapping and a consistent export process help operators locate incidents and preserve evidence. Training includes search, bookmarks, export and audit procedures.
Video system acceptance
- Verify every camera’s live view, recording, playback, time and expected frame rate
- Measure retention with actual stream settings and storage health
- Test access-control event associations and alarm priority
- Confirm permissions for live, playback, export, settings and mobile access
- Exercise server, network and camera interruption alerts
- Deliver camera naming, addressing, storage and client documentation
