Do BlueDiamond readers mean we have to go all-mobile?

No. BlueDiamond mobile-ready reader choices leave room for smart-card technologies alongside phones, and a site can run both while people transition. Either way the same homework applies: a documented key, format and migration strategy, plus an enrollment process stating who issues a mobile credential and how it is revoked when someone leaves.

What has to be settled before we order credentials?
