Can staff badge in with a phone, or do we have to issue cards?
Both routes exist, limited to what the selected family supports: cards and fobs, PIN/QR, and mobile methods. Write the credential lifecycle down before ordering, covering enrollment, visitors, lost credentials and revocation, because that plan decides how many cards you buy and whether a visitor receives a printed code or a mobile credential.
How many gateways does AiphoneCloud remote management need?
It depends on which IX/IXG components must be managed remotely and which series are supported, so the count comes from the component list rather than the building size. Confirm supported series, gateway quantity and the subscription against your own remote-access policy, since a customer who blocks outside access to the intercom network changes the answer.
What is proved out before we accept the system?
Commissioning runs door by door: functional tests at each opening, failure-mode and backup-power checks, permission and schedule tests, and event verification so the log shows what actually happened. Administrator training and as-built documentation close the job out. Book those tests when the people who will run AC Nio day to day can attend.
Will door events and intercom calls land in one operator view?
