Title pretty much says it all. I got hired almost 3 months ago as a level 1 bench tech. We are hiring a level 2, and everyone (small business) is participating in the interview process.
I know the candidate has more knowledge and experience than me, so any ideas on how to be productive in this interview and not just throw out “where do you see yourself in 5 years” etc?
Any insight/experience appreciated. I am open to behavioral questions, tech questions whatever. The level 2s and 3s QC my work sometimes (if not my level 1 partner,) and they get both of us out of water when we are stuck – so I thought about asking something related to those interactions.
